We undertook a major renovation and extension on this character project, with an emphasis on improving the layout and thermal comfort of the home that was heavily exposed to the elements in both summer and winter.

Highlights:

  • New ceiling, wall and floor insulation to all accessed areas. 

  • Thermally broken aluminium window and door suite

  • Stylish and functional kitchen with all-electric appliances

  • Provisions and upgrades for future solar panel installation and integration.
