CONSTRUCTION

While the pre-construction phase may seem lengthy, it lays the groundwork for a smooth, cost-effective, and enjoyable construction experience. This crucial stage involves gathering and finalizing project details to ensure a successful build.

Together, we will walk through your project or plans and discuss the ins and out of what you are aiming to get out of your project. This allows us to tailor or service and direction to suit you.

We complete a basic specification to accompany our estimate to allow you to understand the scope of your project and what we are able to achieve for your desired project spend.

We work with you to create a list of specific selections that allow us to refine your construction cost and get it as accurate as possible.

This is where we take you through an advanced look at the contract documents prior to signing to ensure that you have the opportunity to understand the documents and ask any questions that you may have.

At this point all parties are confident and comfortable with the contract documents, so we get to sign and lock in a construction slot and a construction schedule.


Now that contracts are signed our team will engage a Relevant Building Surveyor of your choice and get the process of acquiring a Building Permit underway.


Once we reach your designated construction slot we dive head first in to your project. You will have the opportunity to follow along closely as your dream space comes to life
